According results, they were divided into low, medium, high fitness levels. A questionnaire survey was also used with 20 from Physical Education Department. Four groups volunteers did some jogging exercises. Physiological, biochemical, strength measurements performed after jogging. The data statistically treated. Results: magnitude change sagittal angle knee ankle not increase significantly increasing rate. changes angles hip, knee, joints for different rates. After minutes exercise, low-fitness group showed faster breathing, an elevated heart rate, higher rate lactate creatinine blood. 120 exercise training, all sedentary lactate, creatinine, respiratory (P<0.05). performance started decrease 400 meters. Conclusion: maximal activation parts locomotor system changed under rates movement. Brief, controlled may beneficial Still, long-term cause even more damage body deleterious rehabilitation blood biochemical parameters. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
